Our bar is really the heart of the club. Open daily from 11.00 (12.00 Sundays) until 22.00 you are assured of a warm welcome (later closing times apply when events such as live music are being held). The bar is very well stocked with a wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. This includes draft and bottled beers (including alcohol free), spirits, wines, ciders and soft drinks. Become a member and you can enjoy discounts of up to 20% on all drinks, making our already competitive prices even more attractive.

For fans of live sports we have three flat screen TVs that show most major sporting events, so come and relax with a refreshing drink while watching the game or sport of your choice.

Every Sunday there is a members draw, entry is free but you have to be in attendance to win.
The prize pot starts at £50 and rises by £10 per week until the prize is claimed. The draw takes place at 1.30pm (the prize pot will be added to your bar card).

Next to the bar is our pool table, at just £1 a game it represents excellent value. The club has recently formed a pool team to play against other pubs and clubs. For more information check out "Pool" on the snooker page.

Welcome to our kitchen. Food is served daily from 11am until 4pm, Monday to Saturday (last orders for hot food 3.30pm). We offer a full menu from 11.00am to 2pm. From 2pm until 4pm we offer a menu of sandwiches, jacket potatoes and items from the Specials Board including desserts. Please go to the bottom of the page to view our standard daily menu. Our Specials Board is situated in the club next to the bar and is changed on a regular basis.

We also offer teas, hot chocolate and coffee throughout the day, prices for members are just £1.50 regular size and £2.25 large size (£1.75 and £2.50 respectively for non members). Why not enjoy a packet of cakes with your hot beverage, a bargain at just £1.

Whether it be a happy celebration such as a birthday or a sad occasion to mark someone's passing we can offer a range of options to meet your needs. Our Variety Platters are very popular, these not only include sandwiches but can include items such as sausage rolls, beef pasties, quiches, chicken drumsticks, fish goujons plus a selection of salads and desserts.
